We had been thinking about downsizing for a while and after conversations with a few agents we thought we would go ahead with Bridges. Carly came up to view our house, chat through the process and explain the order of events. There are the inevitable hold ups in the legal process, and it did take longer than we expected , however Liana never lost her cool, she chased up on our behalf at times we felt unable to find the energy and always listened when we needed to let off steam. This was very much appreciated.
